Hype City - Idle Tycoon is a building and strategy game that gives players the chance to create a city from scratch and get it to grow with work, effort and important money investments.

The gameplay in Hype City - Idle Tycoon is typical of the genre: you start by building in a wide and totally empty space, with no residents and nothing more than a bank. The idea is to starting building houses that let you increase the population in the area. By doing this, you are sure to have workers to construct more buildings for your town while, at the same time, the residents themselves generate money. Then, each house and building that you build will start to generate money that you need to collect.

At the start, none of the game's processes are automatic, meaning that each time a house generates a sum of money, you will have to collect it before it generates more. However, you will gradually hire managers that make these processes automatic so that the houses never stop generating wealth, which you have to invest in increasing the bank size or leveling up each building so it generates more money.
